I live outside of the U.S. Can I order?

Yes! We ship internationally. It may take 10 – 14 days for delivery. Additional inquiries will be accepted via email at customercare@1571f.com

 

Can I add another item to my order?

Absolutely, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Just send your request to customercare@1571f.com and we will adjust your order.

If your order has already shipped, it will be necessary to submit another order.

 

What is your shipping policy?

Here at Casual Panache, Inc. it is our goal to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them (Monday – Friday). We currently utilize USPS to deliver our packages. Items may be shipped via first class, priority mail, or parcel post.

The rate charged for the shipping of an order is based on the weight of your product purchase and your location. You will be provided with the shipping rate for your order before the final checkout.

We provide you with a tracking number – just make sure that your email address is correct when placing your order or creating your account. Please note that if the item is shipped 1st Class USPS mail, tracking numbers are not available.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

All orders are processed through a secure shopping cart. Your credit card is charged upon shipment of the order.

If for some reason you choose to cancel, we will issue a refund according to your payment type. Casual Panache, Inc is the name that will appear on your credit card statement or bank account.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes! We hope that you love our products, but if you aren’t completely satisfied, returns are accepted.

We are sorry to hear 1571F did not meet your expectations. We want you to love your 1571F products. Please visit our “FAQs/Methods” page for a detailed explanation on how to use this tool.

If the purchase was made through the 1571F website, your item/order must be in its original, new condition (including the packaging) and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Request a refund: Please complete the returns, replacements & exchanges form to request a refund approval number within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for all returns. Please re-package appropriately so that no damage will occur on route back to Casual Panache. We will process refunds within five business days once the item has been received. You will be refunded the cost of the product plus tax. If your order was eligible for free shipping, a fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover the original cost of shipping.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please send your cancelation request to customercare@1571f.com If your order has shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please refer to the return policy for orders that have already shipped.

 

Will I be charged a sales tax?

Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Wisconsin. Orders from Wisconsin will be charged a 5.5% sales tax.
